Owner Compass NW Services – 2014 - Present, On-site fabricators representative, floating bulkhead design, dam safety related procedure development, claim mitigation, bridge demolition, placement and bracing plans, Onsite Inspection (CQC and Private)

Project Manager on various fabrication projects including; Water/Waster Building in Prudhoe Bay Alaska, Ritz Carlton Hotel in Hawaii, Target and other commercial steel fabrications.

Bonneville Dam Pit Tag Hydrofoil Detector Array – Project Manager and fabricator for Design Build for detector support frame.

Rocky Reach Adjustable Weir Pit Tag Detector – Project Manager

Deschutes River Pit Tag Antenna Array Project Manager

Oahe and Garrison Dam Tainter Gate Rehab – Project Manager for the inspection of gates, structural repair and painting with some mechanical rehab (lifting cables).

Lower Monumental Lock and Dam Downstream Navigation Lock Gate Replacement: Project Manager on $13M project to remove and replace the existing downstream navigation lock gate. The gate measures 85 feet x 110 feet and weighs approximately 1.4M pounds. Project includes heavy lift (750 kips), AWS D1.5 Fracture Critical Welds, fabrication, load-out, installation and field welding. Project also includes gate cable replacement and counterweight modifications

Round Butte Selective Water Withdrawal Project, Madras, Oregon. Project Manager on $31M project to install a selective water withdrawal system in 300 ft of water. Placement of 1500 kip bottom structure using barge mounted heavy lift system and hydraulic remote positioning system, 40 foot diameter 200 foot tall conduit to attach the SWW top structure and bottom structure, naval architecture to construct a floating SWW top structure using barge mounted cranes and equipment, fish collection, separation and tagging equipment mechanical, instrumentation systems and testing.

Jones Bluff and Miller Ferry Crane Rehabilitation, Birmingham, Alabama. Executive Project Manager on $3.5M project to rehabilitate 2 powerhouse bridge cranes with capacities of 120T and 150T, including new electrical, instrumentation and controls and customized cab.

Brilliant Dam Spillway Gate Hoist Installation, Castlegar, BC. Project Manager on project to install a rack and pinion hoist for COH.

Brilliant Expansion Project, Castlegar, BC. Project Manager on $2.5M project to install draft tube stoplog guides and stoplogs, intake pier noses and trash racks, intake guides and gate, intake hoist and other miscellaneous hoisting and mechanical equipment

Lower Granite Fish Ladder Transition Pool Modifications, Alamota, WA. Project Manager on project that installed fish training walls in the existing fish ladder to modify water flow and modified and installed aluminum weirs in the fish ladder.

Fairchild AFB Force Protection - Installed buildings and equipment including guardhouses, vehicle inspection building, barriers and roads for post 911 force protection.

Southern Nevada Water Authority – Lake Mead Intake NO. 1 Modification, Las Vegas, NV. Owners Representative on $3.5M project to install 200 feet of intake pipe in 100-160 ft of water using barge mounted heavy lift equipment. 

Southern Nevada Water Authority – Coyote Springs Pipeline, Las Vegas, NV Owners Representative on $1.6M overland 16” water pipeline in sensitive environment areas.

Newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility (NECDF), Newport, IN Construction Director on $101M project to destroy nerve agent stock pile. Design/Build project included civil, mechanical, structural components including heavy lift, life hazard HVAC equipment and installation, process equipment installation.

Chelan County PUD – Sunnyslope Water System, Wenatchee, WA. Owners Representative.

300 Area Deactivation Project – C-Cell Cleanout and Spent Fuel Packaging and Transfer. Project Manager

Umatilla Army Depot, Chemical Demilitarization Facility. NAS lead and change order negotiator

300 Area Deactivation Project – Building Vault Cleanout, Hanford, WA. Project Manager

Laser Interferometer Gravitational Wave Observatory (LIGO), Richland, WA. Construction Engineer and Quality Assurance/Control Manager

Project Manager to develop object oriented database to track regulatory compliance and develop plant operations budget, integrating time and cost. Directed programmers and word processors to develop paradox and access databases.

Project Engineer for infrastructure support including design and construction. Projects included HVAC, WLAN, Fiber Optic, electrical upgrades, permanent and temporary office installation, lab upgrades, road and water projects. Project C-018 Effluent Treatment Project – Project Engineer for Environmental Permitting and construction of a state-of-the-art water treatment facility to treat hydrocarbon and radioactively contaminated effluent
